A freestanding sanitizer dispenser. Inexpensive, easy to place, and genuinely useful at event entrances and food lines. Just do not let it substitute for a handwashing station where one is actually required.
The distinction matters legally. Food handling rules call for handwashing with soap and running water. Sanitizer supplements that, it does not replace it. If a supplier suggests sanitizer stands instead of sinks to save money on a site with food service, that is a quote worth declining.
Where they do earn their keep is coverage. A festival can afford one sanitizer stand at every entrance and every food line for less than the cost of one more handwash station, and that placement density is what actually drives use.
Refill schedule is the whole value. An empty dispenser at hour three of a festival is worse than no dispenser. Confirm refills are included, not billed per visit.
