Why the content is the way it is

Every price on this site is labelled as a market range, because that is what it is. We do not publish customer review scores, because we do not have verified review data and inventing it would be worse than having none. We do not claim a supplier count, because the number varies by city and equipment type and a fixed figure would be a number we could not stand behind.

What we do publish is the operational detail that actually decides whether a rental goes well: capacity tables, service intervals, access requirements, the OSHA and accessibility standards, and the four charges that are usually missing from the number you got on the phone.
