Stop calling companies
one at a time.
The old way is finding five portable restroom companies, calling each one, explaining the same job five times, and hoping three of them call back. This does that in one step and then gets out of the way.
You tell us once
Five questions: what you need, what it is for, how many and how long, where and when, and where to send the quotes. Under a minute, and rough answers are fine — suppliers will confirm the details.
We shop it around
Your request goes to portable sanitation suppliers who actually serve that part of Central Texas. Not a national directory, not a call centre — companies whose trucks already run routes near your site.
Quotes come back to you
Suppliers respond to you directly with pricing for your job. Most requests get a first response the same business day. Complex jobs — trailers, festivals, remote rural placements — take longer because inventory and routing have to be checked.
You pick, or you don't
Compare what comes back. Book the one you like, negotiate, or walk away. Your rental agreement is directly with the supplier you choose. We are not a party to it.
A marketplace.
Not a rental company.
We want to be direct about this because plenty of sites in this category are not. Get A Shitter does not own a single portable restroom. We do not have trucks, we do not have a yard, and we do not service anything.
What we do is make one request reach the companies that do have all of that, so they compete for your job instead of you chasing them. If you would rather call suppliers yourself, that works too — the guides on this site will help you do it well.
- Your rental agreement is directly with the supplier, not with us.
- Pricing comes from the supplier. We do not mark it up.
- Delivery, servicing and pickup are the supplier's responsibility.
- You are free to negotiate directly, or to walk away entirely.
- There is no cost to you at any point.
The honest answers
Is this free?
+
Yes, for renters. We are a referral marketplace — suppliers pay us for qualified requests rather than you paying to use the site. There is no fee, no markup added to supplier pricing and no subscription.
Do you own the equipment?
+
No. We do not own, deliver or service portable restrooms. We connect people who need them with the companies that do. Your rental agreement, your delivery and your service schedule are all directly with the supplier you choose.
How many suppliers will contact me?
+
It depends on your location and what you are asking for. Dense metro placements reach more suppliers than remote Hill Country ones, and specialised equipment like high-rise units or shower trailers reaches fewer than standard units. We do not promise a fixed number, because that would be a number we cannot guarantee.
What do you do with my information?
+
We share your request with portable restroom suppliers so they can quote it. That is the entire point of the service. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, data brokers or advertisers.
Can I get a quote outside Central Texas?
+
Our supplier network covers the Austin metro, the I-35 corridor, the Hill Country and surrounding counties. Send the request anyway and we will tell you straight whether we can cover it rather than passing it to someone who cannot help.
What if a supplier does not deliver as promised?
+
Your agreement is with the supplier, so that is where the resolution has to happen. That said, we want to know. Suppliers who do not perform stop receiving requests from us, and the feedback is the only mechanism that keeps the marketplace worth using.
Try it.
Under a minute, free, and you are not committed to anything. Worst case you find out what the market rate actually is.
