Same machine as a restroom trailer, built to a hospitality finish. Hardwood or tile underfoot, stone or solid-surface counters, framed mirrors, sconce lighting, a sound system and often an attendant. This is what gets rented for the wedding where the bathrooms are in the background of the photographs.
The premium over a standard restroom trailer typically runs fifty to a hundred percent. Whether that is worth it comes down to one question: will your guests be in formalwear, and will they be in the restroom long enough to notice it? A cocktail-hour crowd at an estate wedding notices. A crowd at a barn reception in boots mostly does not.
Central Texas has real depth in this category because of the Hill Country wedding market. Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Driftwood, Fredericksburg and Georgetown venues host enough high-budget weddings that suppliers keep genuinely nice inventory in rotation. That is good for availability and bad for lead time — the good trailers book out months ahead for Saturday dates in spring and fall.
Attendant service is worth pricing even when it is optional. An attendant restocks, keeps the counters dry and keeps a line moving, and on a four-hundred-guest evening that is the difference between a trailer that still looks good at ten p.m. and one that does not.
Ask what the trailer actually looks like today, not in the brochure photo. Request a recent photo of the specific unit being assigned. Fleet condition in this category varies more than any other.
